Dohrmann Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Roger Dohrmann who had previously been involved in designing and producing hay and forage preservative equipment for other companies since 1980. In 1998 his son Dan came to work with him full-time, this is the same year that Dohrmann Enterprises was incorporated. Dan has followed in his father's footsteps since he was a child chasing his dad around the shop and hiding his tools. Who would have guessed that someday the knowledge gained from his father would be shared in their business.

Roger had decided to use his family name for the business because of his pride in the quality of workmanship and service he so strongly believes in. This name is attached to every piece of equipment that Dohrmann Enterprises produces to assure that it lives up to the quality expected and deserved by their customers. To continue this level of quality, many of the components of our equipment are manufactured “in house” and all assembly is done right at our facility.
