Large Square Baler Kits
We offer Large Square Baler Kits in 55 and 100 Gallon capacities. If you do not feel that these options will work for you, please give us a call as we may be able to quote a system using our standard components to better fit your operation. (Examples: If you wish to mount a system on your tractor or use an existing tank and frame).
These kits are set up for use with buffered propionic acids and water-soluble bacterial products. They are compatible with most other hay preservatives; however, additional components may be recommended to assure proper application. If you are using a different type of product, please let us know. These units are built in-house and every applicator goes through a stringent quality control process before leaving our facility. KIT-LS-100
Dimensions: 57″L X 24″ W X 39″H (when mounted to LS-1 Mount)
Includes:
- 100 Gallon Capacity Tank with flat surface mounting brackets
- Pump Unit – Assembled and fluid tested in-house
- 3.0 GPM self-priming, spec-built pump with wetted components compatible with acid based and acid producing products with a pH as low as 4
- Filter Assembly before the pump to protect the pump unit components and nozzles. Filter screen can be removed and cleaned
- Pressure Regulation System allows fine tuning of pressure and circulation back to the tank
- Stainless Steel Gauge – Internals, Externals, & Port to be most compatible with the acid-based and acid-producing products commonly found in our industry
- Self-Fill System. You can connect the included Fill Stem Assembly to the pump unit to use the applicator pump to refill its tank
- Wire Harness – Built and tested in-house
- Pre-Terminated, no need to cut and splice wiring
- Wire disconnect between tractor and baler
- Mating terminals for SP-1 Speed Control (Included in KIT-LS-100)
- Large Square Baler Nozzle Tube Assembly – Built and fluid tested in-house
- Nozzle fittings and spacing for large square balers installed
- Includes all mounting hardware
- Large Square Baler Nozzle Assembly
- Includes a variety of nozzle sizes that cover calibration for most product applications on large square balers
- Large Square Baler Mounting Kit
- Semi-Universal mounting kit – fits most large square balers
- Slight modifications may be required for certain balers
- SP-1 Speed Control
- Built-In On/Off Switch
- Allows application rate to be changed by adjusting the dial for changing harvest conditions

Foot Operated Run/Hold Switch (#190060)
- Turn your applicator on/off by pressing and releasing the foot switch
- When you want to stop the applicator, simply press and release the foot switch, and press and release the foot switch again to restart the application
