Pump Units for Client Owned Tank or Barrel
NOTE: If pump unit is being used with a barrel – a fill stem is included
If pump unit is being used with a tank – be sure the tank output is plumbed to accommodate a 1/2″ ID hose as the unit does not include fittings for the existing tank.
These pumps units are set up for use with buffered propionic acids and water-soluble bacterial products. They are compatible with most other hay preservatives; however, additional components may be recommended to assure proper application. If you are using a different type of product, please let us know.

You can get the same pump unit as the DE-100 & DE-55, without the tank and frame. You would use this pump unit with an existing tank or draw from a barrel mount
Includes:
- Pump Unit – Assembled and fluid tested in-house
- 3.0 GPM self-priming, spec-built pump with wetted components compatible with acid based and acid producing products with a pH as low as 4
- Filter Assembly before the pump to protect the pump unit components and nozzles. Filter screen can be removed and cleaned
- Pressure Regulation System allows fine tuning of pressure and circulation back to the tank
- Stainless Steel Gauge – Internals, Externals, & Port to be most compatible with the acid-based and acid-producing products commonly found in our industry
- Self-Fill System. You can connect the included Fill Stem Assembly to the pump unit to use the applicator pump to refill its tank
- Wire Harness – Built and tested in-house
- Pre-terminated 37’ Power Cord Assembly
- 4″ In-line Gauge Assembly
- Large 4″ gauge which is easy to ready, mounts in the pressure line between the pump unit and nozzles, typically on the front of a large square baler so it can be read from the cab
